new to this and need some help. My curve would not sync with a 3 yr old dell notebook so i bought a new computer. Sync worked fine the first time and now will not work. Curve goes off and re-sets after it is unplugged. the desktop manager says no device found.
any ideas? Had BB tech on the phone for 2 hours with the last computer and hate to even call them back..
Ever have conflicts with iTunes?
