    I have insurance on my phone and a week ago I got hit with a kickball and dropped it and cracked the screen (I work a summer camp). Regardless, I was wondering if I file a claim can I just ask for the curve or something?

    Nope, they will only give you the same phone. Verizon doesn't handle replacing the phone, a secondary company does it through the mail.

    No upgrades on insurance claims... You can easily get 300 for it...
