I will be swapping my old bold to another bold. My old bold is defective. Rogers will ship it to me soon.

How do I swap the pin from one bb to another? Do I need to call in to Rogers to activate the new pin ?

You cannot swap the PIN. They are unique for every phone.

To transfer your settings and contacts, use the Device Switch
Wizard in Desktop Manager.

To activate the phone log into the Rogers BIS site and use
the change device function. The SIM card has to be in the
new phone when you do this.
