    So I've been having a few issues with my phone, and Alltel told me to call BlackBerry. So they gave me a number.

    Do I seriously have to pay to get support for my phone? Is there any other way?

    what ever you asked, the CS person could not find an answer in the response scripts.

    When that happens, they hand you off to BlackBerry for support. BlackBerry charges for this level of support.
