Hello all

I have a Q10 and recently it has been acting weird, it reboots once and a while, sometimes twice in a row!! I reloaded th OS, updated it, **** still same problem, could it be my SD card that causing this problem?

I mean I havent replaced it in 3 years!!!

SD cards can go bad and cause issues for sure. They are cheap enough i would replace the card to start with

Check your battery connection as well. Maybe loose for some reason. Pop out the battery and reinstall and try it again. I had a 9900 do that and it was the battery connection for me(must have dropped it or bumped it on something). Worth a try.

Whenever I would set my Q10 down, it would restart. So I just folded up a gum wrapper and put it between the battery and battery door, never restarted again. Heard the battery comes loose on the Q10 easily, so that may be your problem.
