Since 10.2 I occasionally notice this:
I listen to iHeart Radio at lunch, then pause it
I set a timer for 30 minutes, then the timer rings
After the timer rings, iHeart Radio becomes unpaused and starts playing.

It is slightly annoying since I work in a quiet office space, and my phone suddenly starts blaring. Perhaps I should just kill iHear tRadio instead of pausing.

im guessing its an OS bug but closing the app would probably fix the issue or using stop instead of pause.

Considering you are IN office, I would NOT be playing music:-) it's work you are there to do NOT entertain yourself :-)))
