Ok, in Vista, I can't find the vendor.xml file for a new OS. Where is it In 4.5.0.55, oddly, I didn't have to delete it when it was from Vodafone Austria. Help!!!

That's why I didn't type the path for you. If I had, you'd have to contend with my possible typing errors as well as any errors on your end. This way, all you have to do is type the filename correctly. If Windows can't find it, it's not there.

It's in a hidden folder. Make sure you select the "advanced search" option and tell Windows to look in hidden and system folders.
