is the speed of bb dependent on free apps memory?

if apps memory is low, the bb slows down.

Many times, yes. It is also affected by available signal. And that is referred to ss device and file free memory, where apps are stored and executed.

When using the Browser, your speed is also affected by your Browser Configuration, and your Cache memory and cookies you've picked up.

And your OS also comes into play. Some OSs are faster than others.

yes app memory does play a speed factor! berger was very descriptive as to other factors and i would recommend removing all apps that you never use from your device. make sure other apps arent open also! they might be one open just hogging up memory too!
