    I might be a little crazy but when I first got the Q10 I had a woman with an accent giving me directions, is that possible.
    and if so dose anyone know were I can get it back.

    I'm just guessing here but maybe you had the language on your device set to British English?

    I have mine set to British English deliberately. For some reason, the North American guide butchers the names of several streets in Toronto, but the British one doesn't. Go figure.

    You change it in Settings - swipe down from the top bezel when you're in the Maps app.
