Sold my SIII in wait for BB10!

I did it. I just sold my Samsung Galaxy SIII in anticipation for BB10. I never needed it and I couldn't afford the debt (Uni Student)
All I'm saying is, ROLL ON BB10.

If only RIM had commercials with people like you who sold their Samsung Galaxy S III and then lining up to buy BlackBerry 10 phones..

Nothing, as of yet, but I plan on pickin' up a dead cheap phone for basic text and calls, or borrow one from someone. I like the SIII and Android in general but I got dead bored and sometimes frustrated with it, I just can't wait for BB10, like, I sold my 9900 in hope that BB10 would be released in Sept (before they delayed it) and it's just gone on for too long now..

Instead of buying a cheap phone, I bought the Curve 9320 for 80 from the local market. I can't complain, it feels good to be back on a BlackBerry!

Leaving aside the merits of one platform over another, if you can't actually afford a smartphone wouldn't you better off using the money to pay down debt and buying a cheap burner phone?

It's absolutely not that bad. $30 is a great deal. This is just one person who is so excited about BB10 but wants to save money waiting.

I'm sure there will be a lot of people ready for upgrade to BB10. I was watching local TV NBC this morning and the reporter says she is very patiently waiting to upgrade her phone to BB10. She is very exciting about this BB10. I really want to see RIM shut up those negative analyst.

Exact same situation here. S III will be up for sale as soon as they announce a date that I can buy my L-series.

When I get my L-Series device, I'm going to use it alongside the SGS3 (it'll replace the line I have the 9700 on) and I'll sell whichever device I feel I can get along best without after using both for a few weeks.

The Samsung Galaxy SIII is one of the best, if not, the best smartphones out in the market. I've used it for a couple of months, but it in the end, I had to let it go. It's not for everyone and I could live without it. I'm psyched about having another BB until BB10.

There are pay as you go blackberry phones out there, or ebay, or Kijiji, or whatever is local to you. I know I got a model 9810 for $240 Cdn on ebay. At any rate, I hope the wait goes fast for you.

I sold the SIII and bough the 9320 with enough cash to pay back what I owed for the SIII to begin with...

I just bought a galaxy sIII I have been a blackberry user since 2006 and this yr alone my 9900 which wasn't up to yr old crashed and my replacement 9981 had all the function buttons stop work except the trackpad I just got tired I plan on switching to bb10 when it comes out but for now I am with android
