Seems like the runtime in 10.2.1 worked way better IMHO after Cobalt's fixes were made. My SlingPlayer now doesn't work properly at all (connects but no video most of time). My Pioneer AppRadio now shows a second of static, then a second of a green screen, all while dropping audio when I switch apps. Flixster now doesn't work for UV movies because no flash support. The only thing that it seemed to make better for me is now Pandora's audio level is working for Bluetooth and headphone jack connections.

At this point, I'm about to tell anyone with 10.3.1 problems to backup using Sachesi (yes, Sachesi does backup/restore), run an autoloader to their preferred 10.3.1 (2243 or 2267) and restore.

    There, problems solved!

Totally disagree with the OP. Android apps run faster with 10.3.1 and formerly non-working apps like Firefox now work. Sorry that some are having problems with specific apps, but performance has clearly improved overall.

For me Android apps runs smooth right now..Just make sure you have Aptoide so that you may know whats the right version of the app that's working on 10.3.1..NBA Game Time videos now plays, Spotify with the right version now plays music..Facebook for Android doesn't crash as well as Facebook Messenger..Everything just runs smooth right now..

Android apps work much better in 10.3.1. At least those without Google play tentacles. A very nice improvement.

Now we need Amazon to step up and better integrate with BlackBerry.

I do think they run a little better now. Some apps still don't work properly (OneNote being one for me) but others work much better (Sirius XM App). The Sirius app was unusable with 10.2.1 but actually works well with 10.3.1.

If you haven't already updated your Android Apps via Amazon. Do it. After downloading 10.3 my apps were still wonky, but after I ran the updates from Amazon Apps they work great now.

Big improvement on the Passport being able to scale the Android apps better. Now I can play Monument Valley without feeling like I'm missing anything.
