You might want to start reading this article and setting the Chrome extension up while I grab you the Snapchat bar file

You can sideload for now, well if your on 10.2.1 you can download right to your phone and install but be prepared to use snapchat with limited abilities. We don't quite have Google services yet.

But nonetheless, snap2chat, the official BB10 client for snapchat will give you all the features and then some.
