    I use a Q10. Does snap have to be sideloaded cause I don't find it in BBW. Help please.

    Yes you need to sideload snap. You will not find it on BBW. I sideloaded snap on both my q10 and z30. You can find the link of snap bar file here at CB. Just type snap on search of CB.
