hey guys i dont know if its a problem or not. i got the bb9700, when someone send me an email, sms or a mms it notifices me, i go and check what ever i get and i read it but once i check them i still have the notification on like if i never read them, so i have to go back and when i got back for the second time, it goes away. can someone plz help me, i have been trying to see if there has been a conversation about it but i dnot find anthing
Have you tried a battery pull? 20 seconds than back in? Maybe reload OS. Its fairly easy if your on 5.0. See AppLoader in my signature.
Yea I have done a few battery pull but luck the indicator keeps on after I see the msg. Ill try to reload the os. I have 5.0. Where do u see what's ur os
