There's a problem with my BlackBerry z10 and its a big one. Im dealing a major inconvenience with The notification or the blackberry hub.
Last saturday, i was texting my friend and my friend always replies but for some reason i thought she didnt because it was not notifying me. I clicked open the text messages tab there were no new text message that notified but when i click our conversation she sent ne 3 messages already that did not pop out or no sound or even an icon or a buzz fron the hub. Since then, ive been having the same problem contacting people upto now. Even my facbook isnt notifying me for new updates or activities that was supposed to be in the notifications. I tried turning on and off my phone, it worked well again, for the first 10 minutes then i cant receive notification and messages again, i have to restart it everytime i want to know if someone messaged me.
Please i need help. Is this a bug or virus? I didnt do or download or update anything before this happened. What should i do?
The problem is the Facebook app, you can either delete it from your phone or not allow it to show messages in the hub. There's a thread called OS 10.1 bugs that has more solutions, I'll link it later when I'm free.
