I'm moving to China in a few weeks and want to be able to take my/a blackberry with me. I have been told that in order to use a phone on the Chinese network it must have a sim card slot.
So which Blackberrys have sim card slots and can used on an overseas network?

I think most Blackberry's have a SIM card slot & as long as they're unlocked, can be used with a foreign carrier.

None that you can get through sprint. Only carriers that use GSM have sim slots in thier phones.

Networks in China run on GSM 900MHz band. As long as you purchase any GSM based Blackberry, (they can all run on GSM 900 MHz) or the CDMA/GSM capable Blackberry 8830 with a SIM card, and international voice/data plan, your Blackberry will operate in China.

There are now over 540 million GSM subcribers in China, the world's largest mobile phone market.
