One of the Canadian Carriers wasn't going to carry one of BlackBerry's BB10 phones... there was a Social Media campaign to get them to change their stance. Which they did... think i was more of a Canadian Carrier not wanting to be seen not supporting a Canadian company.

FaceBook not wanting to support BlackBerry... that would be seen much differently by the average consumer that heard about it. Most would probably side with FaceBook.

Online petitions can draw attention to injustices but I'm not sure this qualifies as that. Many App developers have moved away from BB10. Just not economically feasible.

I guess with this statement you will be using either a flip phone or 2 cans and some string in short order cause BB10 is dead!!

Will do some hoarding to last me a while. Maybe by then either sense would have come back to BlackBerry or the industry would have change so much, an upgrade will be required.

Why are there so many negative comments? I understand that it would be tough to change Facebook's decision but the petition is still good for showing that there is a small but dedicated group of BlackBerry users.
