Anyway to do this? I'm using version 9.11.0 it doesn't nag me to install Google services but nothing happens when I press the "add account" option from the app. It doesn't lock up. Just nothing happens. Would like to add an account to save recent directions and stuff instead of having to enter everything each time.

If anyone out there knows the ins and outs of this app I'd really appreciate some pointers.

Not possible without official Google Services, which BB doesn't have and will almost certainly never get (on BB10, at least).

I was just thinking there might be a market for people to send in their BlackBerry's to a person who would customize it with all the Google play work around and getting the apps they want working. Might be a great home business opportunity. Or maybe not.

You could offer and label it as "computer" or "I.T. support", just to get those potentially predatory lawyers off your back, if you grow too big too quick... :-)

With shipping, and time it takes... not sure how many would be willing to pay $100 to get this done for them.

And then what happens when Google FIXES the current holes in their system that allows these patches to work? Might be next week, might not be for YEARS... but eventually it will happen and a new fix if possible will be needed.
