If you haven't already, reboot your device. If that doesn't solve it, resend your service books and re-register your HRT. If that doesn't fix it, you've done all a user can do. Call customer service.
I am wondering if it is not a sporadic BIS issue at RIM's side. I have had this exact thing happen over the last 2-3 days when sending emails. They immediately fail out -- no time out, nothing. Try again, it fails. Third time it works fine. That type of thing.
