    This is not working for me. As in, people email me a pdf, a word or excel document, and I cannot open it on my phone (Z10). I have read the instruction: press and hold the app, then select 'open in' however, i press and hold the word, pdf, or doc in the email and NOTHING happens. No screen appears with an option to 'open in' anything. What am I doing wrong?
