    I have not seem this feature on BB. I know it is possible on Google Voice.

    Try selecting a special ring tone for that caller and see if allows to set the volume as well. If it does set to 0 and you are set!!

    Thanks Inphoenix. I actually have a tone labeled MUTE, how funny is that! Tested it and it works perfectly for what I need.

    What OS are you running? I was able to set exceptions in the sound profiles with v4.5 (?) On my 8320. I don't see it on v5.0 on my 9700.
