Good morning all,

I've sold my Blackberry Bold 9700 on Ebay. What steps do I need to take before sending it out?

I've already removed the SIM card. Once it charges up, I'll perform a "security wipe". Is there anything else that I need to do? Will the buyer receive the phone as it was out of the box for me? Or will the buyer still have OS6 and any customizations I made with folders, etc., after the wipe is performed?

A security wipe is all that you need. The OS will not be affected after the wipe. Also make sure you remove the media card if it had one.
