I have a Blackberry torch 9800, i want to reset it and wipe all the data.I have been to the security wipe on my Phones options (setting) and cleared everything. All the data on my phone has been deleted except my pictures, music, and bbm contacts.
my pictures, music, and bbm contacts are this in my devise and are not deleting, i have tried connecting it to my computer ans deleting it but it just doesnt go from my phone.
