i did a security wipe so i could delete the IT policy thing off my phone, i connected my phone to the computer, backup'd everything, then i did a security wipe, now the IT policy thing is gone, but also is my pictures and eveything that was saved on my phone (not on my memory card though) and yes i did do a full restore, i don't know what is the problem!!

Edit: tried to restore again, checked the settings it was on full backup, and still nothing a lot of music is gone 100+ and pictures 500+

Thats what a security wipe does, you should have moved all the photos & music to your SD card before the wipe.

Doing a full backup won't save you pictures, and all the files stored on the INTERNAL MEMORY. It only make a backup of the Settings

Yeah, if you wiped it, then those items are gone.
