Hi Folks

I am new here

I need to return a BB phone

How do I Secure delete everything on my BB 9860, platform 5.0.0.734, Language English , [ full touch screen phone ]

I have backed up photos, contacts, video etc etc

Mail is anyhow Gmail etc which is on server

How To: Erase all the data and applications on the BlackBerry device

Try this option from the link
To erase all the data on your BlackBerry device, complete the following steps. This option is available with BlackBerry Device Software 3.8 and later.

1. In the device Options, Security. If you are using BlackBerry Device Software 4.1, Security Options > General Security.
2. Click select Wipe Handheld.
3. Click Continue.
4. Type blackberry. All the data on the BlackBerry device is erased.
