I think that the clincher for me when it comes to the question of too much BB usage was when my 2 1/2 year old son could pick it up and pretty much show someone else how to use it . I realized that i have that think in my hand way too often and that on the brightside, it is so user friendly even an 2 1/2 year old can use it. Merry Christmas

Too much usage would be using the Blackberry as one's only form of communication with the outside world. such as waking up, using email and txt to communicate without ever getting out of bed. saying goodmorning and goodnight to a loved one over txt without ever moving a muscle besides the hand of course.

I just got my pearl, and was at my girlfriends nephews baptism yesterday i must of gotten a dozen dirty looks from the gf bc i had the pearl in my hand, playing a game watching a few movies as well.. but whos she to talk considering i got her the pearl as an early christmas gift and she cant stop texting her friends, and not having to worry since i pay the bill

It's not so much as too much Blackberry usage, more like too much cell-phone use in general. I'm addicted to all kinds of phones and read up on news about cell phones.

In my book, if you look at your phone more than once/hour, its too much.

I gave up sex for my crackberry. I also have yet to be seen without my crack since I got it last week. I think that trumps it for too much
