I somehow often end up at the bottom of all my email messages. How can I go to the top of all my emails without scrolling up one by one? I hope there is a shortcut.

There is, press the "1" key, it will take you up to the very top of your messages. Also, "3" scrolls up a page, and "9" scrolls down a page.
