hi so I'm a little confused right now with my blackberry, there is this thing that says "screen to tapa" when I press the blackberry menu, I don't know where its from because it wasn't on my phone before, I checked the installed apps I have and didn't found anything that could probably be related to that option. Does anyone have any ideas what it could be or how to get rid of it? Thanks alot

At some point you must have pressed the Screenshot button while using the TapaTalk application. The only way to get rid of that menu entry is to do a battery pull.

Yeah thats what I thought...I did a battery pull but it didn't work..I just did a security wipe instead
