I have an issue with a customer who saves some of his sent items in another folder (option in Outlook).

These emails do not appear on the blackberry (not in the sent items or in the other folder).
The folder is set-up for redirection.

Anyone any idea if this can be set-up so the emails do appear in the specified folder?
