It's not on the website, but on the top of the browser window. Across the top, you should see:
o Back Arrow
o Forward Arrow
o Address field (for the site URL)
o A round circle with hands like a clock (History)
o A gold star (show book marks)
o A white star with a green plus sign (add bookmark with option to set the bookmark on your desktop
o A toggle button which switches you to full screen (no icons) and back.
If you don't see the white star with the green plus sign, I assume you also don't see the address bar with all of the above icons. If you are in full screen mode, just swipe down from the top and move the full screen toggle button to show the buttons.
