Yup, with many extra batteries. It's the reason I would not go for a Z30. I want a removable battery. I've got five batteries for my 9930 and one for the Z.

I love my Mophie, but not everyone wants to add the additional bulk involved with it (and others like it) or want to carry other types of portable chargers. Having a removable battery is a better option for some.

True but I put my phones either in a holster at my waist or in an Otterbox in my bag. A battery charger pack would add bulk and interfere. I prefer the charging bundle that I got with the Z.

Difference between switching batteries and having it fully charged ready to go, then having something dangling from your phone for three hours.

One of the reasons I couldn't get a Z30 either

The much longer battery life over the z10 makes up for it for me. I've never had this phone actually die on me. Z10 died all the time

You guys do realize the Z30 outlasts 2 Z10 batteries. This is a fact as before I picked up my Z30 I had a Z10 with an extra battery. And it's actually no comparison. The Z30 puts that setup to shame.

That's true, I simply prefer to have multiple spares, like I do with the 9930, than to have one sealed even if the sealed lasts longer. One of the first things I do whenever I get a new phone is buy multiple spares. And the Z bundle is great because I can charge the phone and the spare at the same time, so that when I get a couple of more spares I can go through any blackout or any such event with no problems.

I just toss my BlackBerry smartphone into my 5.11 Tactical Bag or Galls StreetPro Gear Bag department upon the situation and I'm good to go.

And if you are stuck in a jeep upside down in a ditch, I would prefer to have a few extra charged batteries than a phone without a removable battery.
I saw the Q10 in that segment, but I bet only BlackBerry owners knew what it was!!

Having gone on a few deployments I've learned the value of extra batteries. The lessons were well learned. And the summer before last when we had the derecho here in the East Coast and we went without power for days I wasn't worried because I had several batteries for both my 9900 AND the 9810 that I had at the time and the SGII I had then.

Maybe you should be more responsible and put your spare batteries where little children and zombies can't get to them. People these days...

Swapping a spare battery into my z10 saved me a 4 hour row when my fuel line conked out in my motorboat.
