    Hey there.
    My girlfriend has a Samsung S3 Mini. When I take a video with my Z10 and send it to her using whatsapp, she can't see the video. The audio plays, but the screen stays black. I can send her videos, not recorded from my Z10 and those will show up just fine. I can watch all the videos she sends me and she can watch all the videos sent to her from a IPhone or any other Samsung :/

    It's a codec (COmpressor/DECompressor) problem - your BB10 phone is using a different codec than the other devices, and the S3 Mini apparently doesn't support that codec. It can decode the audio, but not the video. An alternative player, such as MX Player, that has additional codec support built-in, might be the best solution to the problem.

    You can use the G-Spot Codec Appliance tool to open up a couple of the videos and see what codecs are being used:
