Yeah, the encountered vs. discovered part makes sense, but I still don't think most users are going to achieve a $25 level easily. I have been all over the mid-Atlantic (and a few other places) since I started using SameCell, and I'm still at like $18 or something. You claim that areas like NYC and LA are becoming saturated, but those are REALLY big cities. You should know that smaller cities are saturated too.
SameCell is probably best suited for long-distance truckers, IMHO. Not for normal people who have a regular job, commute a regular route, and occasionally take trips somewhere. I still don't think $0.04 is enough, to me it says you guys are MAJORLY cash-strapped.
