When I try to view what is on my card or device while plugged into the phone and into the computer, I get a runtime error from roxio. It then freezes up the desktop manager and I have to shut it down from task manager. everything syncs fine, however this runtime error is preventing me from adding music or photos or any program other than ones that I can load from an email.
I tried to find a patch at blackberry and roxio. Can anyone help me fix this problem?
Ron easiest thing to do is do a complete unistall of the DM and reinstall it. Make sure you do a backup of the phone first. I would also do a clean unistall in the regestry. Sounds like a part of the program is not loading up in memeory correctly.
