This is the second time that Roxio has crashed on me. I like Roxio when it works but this crashing is frustrating. The only way I know how to fix it is by uninstalling and re-installing which is a pain. Does anybody know how to fix roxio? I don't mind using mass storage mode but I do not know how to convert music and video files to optimize bb playback and to reduce the size of the file.

Thanks. That looks good for video. But what about for music files?
If they're in a supported format like mp3, shouldn't need to do anything.
Is there an easy fix for this roxio problem? Seems like it is a common problem. If I update bb Desktop manager (I am using 4.5) will that help?
No there isn't. The general consensus is that Roxio is crap, and tha you are better off using mass storage mode.
Roxio = bloatware. Hate it.
