Purchase used 'Rogers' Bold 9900. After changing to Bell, and activating, I got a Rogers Welcome Message.
    I basically just ignored that.
Now that I finally did a back up of my PlayBook and my 9900, I noticed that there were TWO 9900's devices shown on the BlackBerry Desktop Software.
The first one has a PIN # that does not match up with my phone (per Bell people)
Where does the 'unknown' device come from? Is this somehow sent thru from BB themselves, somehow recognizing that this phone has been previously in their system?
How can I get rid of the 'unknow' device in my BB Desktop Software? Can this be done safely? ie: it can't somehow mess up the good device?
