    How do you lock a Blackberry so that it doesn't keep switching between you home service and roaming? My phone does this in some areas and it kills the battery when it continuously switches between the two

    Go to: Options/Mobile Network, then set the network selection mode to "Home Only".

    The service in the area that I am having this problem has VERY limited service, I need to lock y device to Roam ONLY so it doesn't kill my battery.

    I don't believe that's possible just the reverse.
