Help! Phone calls received with no sound. Need to know how to set ringer on? Not sure if I have reset my settings somehow. Worked before and not not working.

Profiles, advanced, choose the profile, and go into the phone settings, you also could have it on the vibrate or quiet mode, so check the profiles, the word Normal may be on vibrte or quiet, I always have mine on normal

I know what I'm missing now. Advanced is no longer in profiles. I will call Verizon to get them to put it back on there. Thanks.

I called Verizon and they had me pull battery and then we reset the phone. Thanks again.

Odd if it was missing. How on earth could that disappear? Anyhow did that resolve it?
