RIngtone help aarrgghhh

So i upgraded my friends 8703e, gave her the new os 4.2.1.110, and 2 problems:

I backed it up, did a wipe and reinstall the os on the berry and pc bc i was gettin the no additional apps for your device error

didnt work still no additional apps error still

now! when her phone ring she gets a txt and she answers it the phone and it wont stop ringing so the ringtone was 45 seconds long and it rang the whole 45 seconds. each time she got a txt, she cant stop the ringing

what have i done?!

Never seen anything like it at all - but can you change the ring tone to a shorter one? Maybe changing the tone will fix the problem, if not at least you dont have so long to listen to it!

most of the songs play for 30 seconds...dag i messed up
