I would have put in an auto sell at 17.15 or something but let it ride until the 30th. You could easily have made many times what you just did.

4) Who? I risk $510k to make $18k. Not really a risk if you know the momentum of the markets. I've been put in this position because of bad trades certain family members have made, causing me to take chances to recover their losses.

$17.15? I sold at $17.62. You expect volatility rather than the steady rise that has been apparent in this stock?

I sold at $17.62, and it dipped then. It's now $17.18. I got lucky with the timing, and a little bit of calculation. I noticed RIMM was averaging about 10% higher close everyday. I took that hypothesis and sold it at approx. 10% higher again.
