Hi guys,its nice joining you on this forum.I came across a post from one of us as regards the quickpull not working on his torch phone,and benefited from what you all said as regards the  torch not needing the quick pull service,but however,got confused when u adviced him on using the right shift key+alt+delete anytime he needed to reset his phone.

Can you guys pls explain to me which is the right shift key on  torch9800.

Shift on the right.

Bottom most row. Right key.

Delete.

Alt.

Delete.

I use
Left thumb for alt
Right thumb for shift
Right index for delete.

Same here Deathcommand. .. Kind of a pain but useful. Doesn't ware down the battery door.
