Can anyone tell me how to upload pics from my old SIM card when I put it in my new phone?

Pics won't be stored on a SIM card, they will either be on the phone memory or an external memory card.

If the phones use the same memory card then you can simply put the memory card into the BB and copy the pics to the device memory.

If not Bluetooth between the two phones might be an idea or finally copy them to the computer from the old phone and then to the Blackberry.
