so i just got my replacement blackberry how do i get my email back do i have to login to my BIS? because i forgot my username and password how would i do this?
Did you make a backup copy of your old BlackBerry? You can restore it after you send service books from your device - but sending service books should restore your email.
Send Service Books: Click your internet email icon (the envelope with a gear in front of it)> scroll down and click the help tab> click send service books, or log onto your provider's website and send them from there.
