    I searched forums and could not find a similar problem.
    I recieved a replacement Blackberry 8300 after cracking my screen. I used Desktop Software to transfer all info to the new unit. I am able to send emails, but can only recieve emails from @att.blackbery.net. I can send emails on both my other accounts, but can not recieve.
    Software and settings are as follow:
    --I am using bbsmart for email and have it set up as tcp/ip conncection which tests successful. All other connections fail.
    --I have logged onto ATT site and changed my PIN and IMEI settings
    --SMS and Phone and Internet work. Only problems on email
    I am leaving for a trade show in two days and would love to have this problem solved by then. Thanks.

    Log into the BIS site again, look on the left side of the screen for the Service Books link, then select Send Service Books. That should take care of it.
