I bought a used Blackberry from eBay and the spacebar was sticking. When I took it into Sprint to get it activated, the girl said that she would order a replacement for me. When I get the replacement, will they let me keep the one I have now or will they take it?

More than likely it will be a new refurb unit minus the battery and rear cover. You will need to return your old unit. So basically. NO
