    Hi,

    I sold my BB 9900 some time ago. I see that it is still available on the BB World interface (see the attached picture). I want to remove it, but can't seem to find an option to do so. The unit was unlocked and was under no contract

    Any ideas?

    I tried to clean out my old devices also and could not find a way to do it. I have removed old devices from Protect but my Torch stays in BBW Web page even though it was totally destroyed.
