I purchased a used BB Curve 8310. Unfortunately for me, there is an IT Policy enabled. (when in Status, type buyr to see this). The policy is set by the former owner's enterprise, whoever runs the server. I am told that only they can disable the policy. I have no way of communicating with the former owner. Any way around this predicament?
