trying to reload contacts...have to make sure I dont have too many duplicates....how do I get rid of those?

and....

I still cant back up my contacts to yahoo or outlook....says I need an email client installed...

how do I fix that?

I have tmobile 9700 0s 5.979 compaq netbook with window 7 professional
