Hi -
I have a Blackberry 8330 curve and yesterday I posted that the hourglass just keeps spinning on the screen.

I was told it is a software problem.

Can anyone tell me how to reload the software?
I have windows IMB computer.

Re-installing the BlackBerry software is simple, but it does require downloading a couple of large software packages.

The first is BlackBerry Desktop Manager. The best source is BlackBerry Support:

Second, you will need a copy of your device OS software. You can use the package your carrier supports, or you can use the latest carrier approved software from the individual device forums.

With there installed, connect your BlackBerry and choose Applications Loader. The default choices will save your data, upgrade the OS software and restore your data and settngs.
