what's going on, My buddy has an AT&T 8820 and his phone is bugging out, menus pop up, dials randomly...it basically looks like the phone is possessed.
Hes in CA and im in NY and im trying to help him over the phone but cant remember how to reinstall his os easy enough for him to do it...if this is the easiest way to fix the problem can someone please help me out
